If you’re seeking full billing and administrative services, I charge $400 per month or a percentage of 5% - 8% of paid claims, dependent on the amount collected from claims and whichever is higher.

For credentialing, I charge $150 per credentialing application. If you are wanting multiple credentialing applications done at one time, I offer packaged deals for this on a case-by-case basis.

Aside from the monthly minimum cost, I get paid when you do. If a claim is denied, I will not expect or receive payout until the claim is handled and accepted.

Yes! I have been through a number of HIPAA compliancy trainings and will have you sign a HIPAA agreement upon contract signing to ensure we are on the same page with protected information to ensure HIPAA compliancy. All products that I use are also HIPAA compliant to protect your practice information.

Claim submissions will occur within 48 hours of the attended appointment and signed note. Usually, insurance companies take about one week (or less) to complete payment on a claim. If the claim is not paid promptly, I will continue to follow up with the insurance company until payment is received.

Larger companies can often have difficult to reach customer service lines, can be challenging to work with and can oftentimes take a larger percentage of money from your pocket. Having an outside biller makes the billing process personable and stress-free while providing ongoing support to your practice.
